I'm seeking information regfarding my geneology. Unfortunately I have little information to go on. My family migrtated to the US in the 1850's to work in the gold fields of California. My great-grandfater's name was Frank Carroll and he married Leona Mugford in Sutter county Califrnia. I live in Seattle and just recently became a member of the clan. I was wondering if you could provide me with some advice regarding where I might be able to purchase a kilt with the clan's tartan. Unfortunately, I'm unable to travel much, but I am very interested in attending any functions in my area. Do you have any coming up soon? 

I have started to research our branch of the Clan Cian with help from my cousin who has done years of her own research.
She traced our line to Daniel Patrick Carroll who was born 1865 in Valletta Malta. He joined the Army and gave next of kin as John and Julia Carroll of Conner Street, Birr.
She thinks the line traces from Anthony of Lisheenboy.
