Returning to the clan page, I find many updates. I enjoyed browsing. I hope some day I will find other Carroll descendants who are looking in the Kildorrery, Cork, area for their Carrolls, or who trace back to Denis Carroll and Margaret Kennedy, who were married in Kildorrery in 1813.

Hi...I took a closer look at this page 'cause my ex-boyfriend's name is Cian...he lives in Ireland and I still miss him. Grand website, however. 

Loved the sight, very informative. The background was the most extensive I've seen anywhere. 

As a Carroll, I enjoyed reading your information regarding the Clan. We are from Jersey City, NJ.

Anyone heading to the Fresno, Ca. game on the west coast we will see you there.
We had a fine time at the Pleasanton game. Saw alot of good people. We were very busy helping folks find out some of their family name history.
There also was alot of clan members there. Must have saw over a 100 of you to say the least.
we had a couple of grand nights at the camp site where we where taken in by James Boyd and Dale McCormack and family. Food and drink everywhere and we talked into the wee hours. Heck where Irish right?
I want to say thank you for all the really fine fellowship. After all we are a Clan.

This week-end in Ca. located a valley of tall Oak trees the Fresno Scottish Games will come alive.
We shall arrive Friday evening. It is a really fine one day game. The gate opens around 9AM and I know you will have a grand time.

Oh by the way, at the last game here in Ca. we received 7 new members. So say hello to Dave Mavity, Diana Titus, Gene Sullivan, Michael Hynes, Michael Boyd, Trisha Morehead and Michael Dowd.
It was very busy in the tent and I want to thank everyone who was there. Heck we never even had time to march in the Clan march-by.

The Clan Cian tent at the Pleasonton, CA games was set up yesterday(Friday night). We are located right past the Scottish clans and down to the left where the roses grow. It is a bit West coast Irish weather wise so we shall not fry like the last couple of years. Life is great ay? Also there is a lot to see. Everything from those wee vendors selling shiny trinkets to the Ale booths, from the women and men throwing cabers to the sheepdogs moving ummm ----what else sheep. Now we return today, so we hope to see you all there. Oh, I have a small sip of Middleton for you while it last.

I really enjoyed reading all of the information about the Carroll's. It is very informative and interesting. 

2nd-3rd of Aug. are the days of Labor Day week-end also the days of the Pleasanton Highland Games at Pleasanton, California. We shall have a great time there hope to see you. We will be camping out Friday night and Saturday night with some of the clan. It is the biggest west coast game of the year. Hope to see you all there
