Just Signed up this year at the Highland Games In Enumclaw.. Had searched for quite some time for the right Clan to belong to.. I Believe Clan Cian is that Clan.. *S*

How is Carty related to Carroll? There are so many sites alluding the fact that the Cartys are some of theirs its unbelieveable!

Cartys are of O'Carty, seperate from Mc Carthy, and nothing to O'Carroll.

Areas: Galway, Leitrim ,Longford, Down, and mostly Wexford. 

We went to our first highland games today and met John Navin. Learned alot, but would like to learn more about the clan and were I fit in.

Grandpa Richard Harris E. Carroll met Ruby McVeigh in Ireland. Had a son, Richard Eugene Carroll born in Antrim Ireland, Nov. 14, 1939. Need more information regarding Richard Steven Carroll of Georgia, USA. 

My mother, Theresa Catherine, was adopted by Arthur and Mary Catherine Walsh at age 7 in about 1937. Her mother died at childbirth and her birthfather was a Carrol(l). I believe she had a sister Jean. My mom was from the Belmont Massachusetts area. I just found out at the Alma Highland festival that I am tied to Clan Cian. My mom just passed away in March and we don't have to much information about her family prior to the adoption. 

I was overjoyed to discover these web pages. My great grandfather was Anthony Carroll, who we believe was born in either 1867 or 1869 in County Laois (Rathdowney, so I've been told).
