This is what I've been looking for and some of the links too. I am currently working on my family tree, and have traced back to my great grandfather From Tipperrary, 

Looking for Noah Carroll and/or MISS Carroll's 

The first Bowen to arrive in our family tree was Robert Bowen who married a woman named Avis; We do not know where they came from. They lived in Bristol Parish, Va. in 1704 and had a son Efhraim and a daughter Lucie. Any info about Robert and/or Avis would be greatly appreciated. 

My grandfather John Carroll was born in Derrygony Roscrea Tipperary Ireland. His father (my great grand father) was Daniel Carroll, but I cannot find Daniel's father name. Daniel's Mother given name was Judith, but I do not know her surname. Any information would be appreciated.  

My great grandfarther was of Irish decent. I don't know a whole lot except that he came to America and took an Indian princess for his wife. All that I know about this is very little.  

I am interested in tracing my grandmother's roots. She was from Emly, County Tipperary - her name was Mary Carroll or Mary O'Carroll. She emigrated to the States around 1907 or 1908. 

I will be making a trip to Dublin in Sept. I will have a couple of days to explore the countryside. I'd especially like to see the county that the Hanagan name emanated from. I've had conflicting information stating the name is originally from Sligo, Mayo and also Tipperary counties. Can you help clear up this information? Thank you. Great site!

This well written site has given me renewed confidence in reserching my family's heritage. For years I've heard about the Carroll's I'm not related to. This is the first time I've ever seen Kilkenny and the Carroll's mentioned outside of my own family. Thank you. annette  

I am very interested in finding out more of my fathers' family. He was killed in a car wreck 10 years ago so anything I could get from him is gone. Thank you for having this site to look at. I enjoyed reading about the Carroll's.

Great site I am always searching anything to do with Carroll's. My cousin Michael Carroll has a book going to press "Valley of Milk". It covers eight generations of our family from the year 1800 to 2000.
