My grandmother was Georgia Ann Flood of Missouri, USA. I found your website very interesting as I have been looking for the origins of the Flood surname.

Traced back to Lorenzo Coffey and Ann Carroll his wife, in Barnston PQ. Canada 1824-1832. Then from somwhere in Ireland. - Good site.  

Would be interested to know the related links in the name James Hickie to the clan, and if there is a head of the clan today?
